  • In 2020 I started my own company, Sota Analytic Solutions. I created the business vision, strategy and roadmap. Making this leap was a step out of my comfort zone, but I learned so much. We brought high caliber reporting to local businesses and helped with their SEO Marketing. In this role, I managed an art director and graphic designer who helped our clients with their marketing assets.

    I pride myself in my ability to influence and align stakeholders and senior executives by leveraging data to illustrate the value of initiatives or the pitfalls of potential decisions. My expertise in stakeholder management, combined with a strong background in program management and analytics, enables me to drive impactful outcomes and support strategic decision-making.

    As a W2 employee, I have managed multiple full time direct reports as well as an offshore development team.

    I have managed teams across multiple time zones, coordinating efforts between India, the UK, and the US to maintain project momentum and meet deadlines.

  • Understanding the ask

    Every analysis starts with understanding the requirements. As an analyst I act as the liaison between the business leaders and analytics. I interpret business needs into actionable project plans and then execute them.

  • Data Extraction

    It all begins with data extraction. I am experienced in data warehousing, SQL queries and databases, and a variety of financial, HRIS, and claim systems. It’s my job to figure out how to get your data out so I can provide high caliber analyses.

  • Data Synthesis

    I have routinely performed data synthesis work on system data to translate it into a clean, useable, and workable data set. I utilized SQL and Python to anonymize data, apply logic based modeling or liner regressions and summarize the data.

  • Data Analysis

    This is the crux of my work. I perform analyses from a variety of angles in order to capture the entire picture. I have routinely performed predictive and prescriptive modeling on the data to identify trends and insights.

  • Data Visualization

    I strive to provide meaningful statistics and analytical context in an visually appealing format that allow leaders to feel confident making decisions. In a prior role, I led the planning, design, and execution of the company Tableau adoption plan. In another role, I analyzed over 50,000 applicant data points to develop and informed data-driven strategy for seasonal hiring for a large retailer.

  • Data Presentation

    In addition to beautiful reporting, I regularly presented these KPIs and metrics to executive audiences to help them understand data and make key strategic decisions in a fast-paced tech environment. I provided context and explanations to ensure the analyses were clear and understood.
